2025: Vladimir Arustamov bought the assets of the Stavropol Auto plant for ₽2,2 billion

On June 4, 2025, it became known that businessman Vladimir Arustamov, acting in the interests of Centrstroyinvest LLC, acquired the assets of the bankrupt Stavropol Auto automobile company for ₽2,2 billion at the auction. The initial property price was ₽2,5 billion.

According to Kommersant, an individual entrepreneur Arustamov Vladimir Ivanovich offered the maximum price at an auction, in which Favorit LLC also took part. According to the protocol on the results of the auction, the entrepreneur undertakes to conclude a property purchase and sale agreement within five days from the date of receipt of the offer.

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, Centrstroyinvest LLC was registered in Moscow in 2006. The company is engaged in the lease and management of its own or leased non-residential real estate. The parent company is Technodinamika JSC. The authorized capital is ₽10 thousand.

LLC AK Stavropol Auto is registered in the city of MikhailovskStavropol Territory. The main activity is the production of passenger cars. The founder was the United Automobile Company, which was 100% owned by the Regional Land Company.

The property sold included a large production complex located in Mikhailovsk. Real estate objects include assembly, painting and welding buildings, warehouses, an administrative building, a testing ground with an area of ​ ​ almost 20 thousand square meters, as well as a transport workshop.

The land plot with an area of ​ ​ more than 207 hectares is intended to accommodate industrial facilities. Utilities are located on the territory: access railways, on-site networks of gas, heat, water and power supply.^[1]

2024: Governor of the Stavropol Territory - about the future of Stavropol-Auto: an industrial park will be made from the plant

In September 2024, it became known that Stavropol-Auto, the only automobile plant in the Stavropol Territory, which has been closed after bankruptcy for almost five years and is being sold, will be redesigned, and its areas will be given over to an industrial park. According to the governor [[Stavropol Territory 'of the Stavropol Territory] Vladimir Vladimirov , the region can buy out the assets of the plant, but only about a billion rubles in installments are ready to pay the budget . Vladimirov urged entrepreneurs who want to take part in the revival of production not to neglect the support of regional authorities. According to him, this mission will require colossal investments.
