Energobum implemented ERP

On August 24, 2015 the Ultima company announced project completion of system implementation of automation of the delivery service in online store of home appliances and Energobum electronics.

Project Results

The solution helps to set sectors of delivery, to tie to them specific cars (or drivers). A system keeps account of the working schedule, automatically distributing delivery by sectors and the drivers working in a certain period.

The solution Ultima analyzes fullness of machines on delivery routes that allows to distribute goods from the low-loaded machine on other cars or in addition to load it deliveries from other routes. It leads to economy of resources — for example, to a route there will be no machine which has nothing to carry.

At unusual situations when a part of the addresses cannot automatically be distributed by a system on cars, it will be executed by the operator. Points of the "problem" addresses are displayed on the card, and pointers are selected in color depending on weight for them and dimensions of the order and also existence of goods of the categories in it imposing restrictions for the vehicle — for example, not any car will be suitable for transportation of refrigerators.
