The system of document flow of TEZIS is implemented at the state enterprise "Velez" which assists farmers in cultivation of a livestock in the territory of the Samara region.

SUE Velez it is created according to the order of the government of the Samara region in 2010. A task of the organization - increase in number of cattle, including breeding animals, in the Samara region. The enterprise buys the commodity and breeding cattle across all Russia and transfers him to legal entities, farms, individual entrepreneurs and personal subsidiary farms of citizens. The enterprise made the contribution to an exit of the Samara region to the leading positions to Volga federal district on a gain of cattle in 2015.
