The document management system and tasks of TEZIS is successfully implemented in municipal management of the electric transport in the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
MUET of Ufa is responsible for the organization of the movement of trams and trolleybuses in the territory of the city district Ufa. 16 trolleybus routes along which 206 units of the rolling stock, and 11 tram routes with 155 trams go are under authority of the company. Management actively implements modern technologies, such as video surveillance and terminals of cashless payment of journey to work of the city electric transport and also updates the IT infrastructure, including the website.
Within upgrade of infrastructure the company automated document flow based on EDMS THESIS. For this purpose Standard edition was selected. The company also entrusted Haulmont technical support of a system. Having estimated advantages of modern EDMS, MUET of Ufa are going to scale a system soon.
