Fund of an overhaul of the Samara region (TEZIS)

The electronic document management system of TEZIS is implemented in the Samara Fund of an overhaul – the state organization which is engaged in fund raising on financing of repair of apartment houses in Samara.

Samara region one of the Russia's first beginnings program implementation of an overhaul of housing. For financing of the program the Fund of an overhaul – non-profit organization under control of the governor of the Samara region to whose duties collecting of contributions to an overhaul from homeowners in apartment houses belongs was created. By 2015 at the expense of the means accumulated by fund and also means of the city budget, in the city 437 houses were repaired; on 347 objects works are conducted.

In Fund of an overhaul the THESIS system is implemented in standard edition on 10 simultaneous connections. Already estimated advantages of electronic document management at the organizations and are going to scale in the long term a system to 25 connections.
