"EKO Reagent" automated production accounting

On August 25, 2015 the AXELOT company announced implementation in an IT environment "EKO Reagent" software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

After start of production at "EKO Reagent" arose need for automation of accounting of finished goods, stock balance, accounting and tax accounting.

As the software selected the product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", the AXELOT company became the contractor of the project.

Project Progress

Specialists of AXELOT conducted examination, developed methodology of accounting of materials and cost accounting of finished goods. According to this technique configured mechanisms of allocation of costs and cost accounting at the customer.

Engineers of the contractor provided training of staff of the plant and provided consultations on work with the software product.

Project Results

Operation of the software solution began on March 6, 2015, the customer company signed the agreement on maintenance of information systems.

As a result of the project are automated operational and normative accounting at the plant, work of production personnel regarding accounting of finished goods is optimized.

Time of an execution of primary documents for shipment of products was reduced, the transparency of write-off of materials on production increased. The enterprise received the modern automation system providing great opportunities for the analysis of activity and management.
