IFTS of Russia No. 2 on the city of Moscow automated queue management

On August 26, 2015 the Technologies of the Future company announced installation of a management system for Neuroniq queue in Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 2 for the city of Moscow^[1].

Project Results

Jobs of staff of IFTS are equipped with LED boards of development of Technologies of the Future company. The board dynamically displays digital-alphabetic information in the mode of creeping line that is relevant also for LED screens on which summary information on the current calls on service is broadcast.

By means of use of LED boards on an object it was succeeded to avoid use of complex circuits of switching.

In a complex of queue management Neuroniq several types of registrars are used:

• touchscreen kiosk of issue of coupons,
• the desktop thermal printer of the administrator of the hall connected to the program registrar on the computer
• the web interface of advance registration allowing to keep prerecording on a future period.

Stability of system operation provides uninterruptible power supply unit to which both hardware servers are connected.

The specifics of an object – the tax inspection work in the premises separated into two parts - IFTS of Russia No. 8 on the city of Moscow opposite works. In these conditions specialists of the company applied the solution on the basis of two independent central servers of queue, each of which manages a separate system, and all are connected to the AIS of DPC of IFTS.
