The AT Consulting company developed for the Inter RAO group of the requirement to a management system for production assets on the basis of minimization of cost of lifecycle

Project Tasks

Relying on the prepared methodological approaches, requirements were developed for creation of the automated control system and also drafts of standards, regulations and other local regulations of the organization for management of productive and investment activities.

Structure and chronology

Throughout all project the AT Consulting command developed technical requirements to the automated control system for production assets. Project implementation took place in 2 stages:

• Development of methodology: qualifiers, reference books and different techniques (assessment of technical condition, assessment of a residual resource and failure probability, assessment of failure effects, assessment of the current aggregated risk by types of the equipment, determination of optimal structure of influence, management of production assets and funds on the basis of minimization of cost of lifecycle).
• Development of requirements to automated information system of management of production assets and funds.
