The first retail store of self-service of Gulliver in Ulyanovsk was open in 2002. All shops "Gulliver" (52 shops for 2015) work in the "shop at the house" format, the Gurman shop is a delicious supermarket. More than in thirty shops "Gulliver" mini-workshops – culinary sections on which bake barmy and puff pies, coulibiacs, sour cream cakes work, prepare culinary products from meat, a bird, fish, vegetables. The large-scale centralized production on production of ready food and semi-finished products which provides all shops of network with salads, the cookery frozen and cooled with semi-finished products, bread, confectionery. Several years in a row company became the winner of competition "The best network trade enterprise of the Ulyanovsk region".

During the first part of the project of reengineering it is executed:

• analysis of a current status of a warehouse management system
• analysis of new requirements to a warehouse management system
• analysis of necessary completions

Based on the carried-out analysis jointly the list of actions necessary for optimization of work of a warehouse complex under control of a warehouse management system is approved with specialists of the Customer and also the list of necessary completions according to new requirements to business processes of a warehouse complex is approved.

Within the second part of the project it is going to execute:

• configure an algorithm of formation of waves of orders with distribution of orders by weight and dimensional characteristics and groups of goods by different type tar, with a binding of lists of tasks of different types tar taking into account their existence in a warehouse
• configure selection algorithms on the basis of types tar, characteristics of goods
• optimize business processes of shipment of a trade inventory
