Minselprod Respubliki Khakassia and Sberbank will provide electronic document management to agricultural producers

On August 24, 2015 honey knew of the beginning of a pilot project on use of technology of electronic document management by structures of executive power of Khakassia and Sberbank of the Russian Federation^[1].

Project Progress

Sberbank became the partner of executive power of the Republic of Khakassia in implementation of a pilot project on implementation of technologies of electronic document management.

The agreement is signed between the Abakan Sberbank branch and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Khakassia. The receivers of subsidies in MSHIP RH having a loan debt in Sberbank will use E-invoising technologies.

Project Results

By means of the E-invoicing system the client executes a request in bank. In response to a request documents with the digital signature by means of The Sphere — the Courier service are provided. The client transmits the received documents through electronic services in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Khakassia.

"This project will accelerate process of obtaining documentation, will ensure safety of documents and will cut down expenses of the client, the ministry and bank. This scheme begins to work in the pilot mode with the client of bank Tselinnoye group" — Sergey Trufanov, the head of Ministry of Agriculture and Food Production noted.

Until the end of 2015 electronic document management will be used by all receivers of subsidies in the Republic of Khakassia having accounts in Sberbank.
