The Ministry of Economic Development and tourism of Altai Republic ordered development of MIS

On August 27, 2015 it became known of a victory of Rostelecom in the electronic auction announced by the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism of Altai Republic. According to the results of the government contract the operator will organize a cloud service "A medical information system of Altai Republic" and will perform support until the end of the year.

Project Tasks

Action of an information system will cover 29 medical organizations of the region, including district hospitals. Rostelecom should expand and structure components of the information system operating in the region for August 27, 2015.

Main objective of the project – high-quality and available medical care of patients using electronic services, cost reduction of time and work of personnel.

In addition to the operating services in the software product the system of accounting of administrative activity, electronic services "Monitoring of Health Care" (the reporting for health facilities) and "Monitoring of seriously ill patients on risk groups" will function. The last will help to control incidence of certain groups of patients, to timely carry out prevention. The integral component of a medical system - Hospital, electronic maintaining patients at hospitalization.

Rostelecom will increase the number of lines for the voice robot. Additional personnel training for working off of basic skills during the work with a system is provided in the contract.

All services of a regional medical system will be implemented on own cloud platform of Rostelecom. Data will be stored in data center in Novosibirsk. Secure channels of communication guarantee complete confidentiality of personal data of patients.

The software solution is integrated with the Single State Information System of Health Care (SSISHC), territorial fund of health insurance and System 112 (provides a call of the emergency operational services by uniform number "112").
