On August 28, 2015 the Delta-Plus company announced end of a stage of an implementation project of an information system on the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 platform in Gazpromneft-Total of PMB company.

Project Tasks

Planning the long-term and balanced growth of business, the management of Gazpromneft-Total of PMB LLC made the decision on implementation of an information system on the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 platform.

Formulated the main objectives of the project of the customer so:

  • strengthen operational control over stock balance and, as a result, to adjust a regular and timely supply of production by raw materials;
  • organize and implement a budgeting system for ensuring financial stability of the organization during seasonal idle time;
  • provide operational calculation of financial performance for Board of Directors.

Dmitry Drozd, the chief of economic planning management of Gazpromneft-Total of PMB LLC, noted: "The partner in project implementation selected the Delta-Plus company having more than 10 years' successful experience of implementation of complete solutions of 1C Company on production. The important role when choosing the contractor was played by an opportunity to reduce costs for implementation as specialists of the company are focused on solving of tasks of the customer with the maximum use of standard functionality of 1C".

Project Progress

At the first stage of the project with the help of standard mechanisms "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" setup of accounting and tax accounting, payroll, the commercial block is carried out (customer orders), user training is provided.

As of August 28, 2015 specialists Delta Plus configure operational accounting of purchases of raw materials, production accounting and control over stock balance. The works at this stage are going to be completed within a month.

On the next stages of the project in the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 system it is supposed to configure treasurer functions, budgeting, formation of management and accounting records.
