On August 28, 2015 the Technologies of the Future company announced equipment of regional department of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in the city of Kazan an electronic queue of Neuroniq[1].
Project Progress
The Technologies of the Future company carried out implementation works on start of a management system for queue in regional department of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation across the Republic of Tatarstan. In this project the electronic queue works as a part of the end-to-end information system of the customer integrating equipment rooms and program components, services and applications for the solution of various administrative and technical tasks.

During the project specialists paid attention to adaptation and software setups under the customer's tasks:
- works on integration of software modules of an electronic queue with the portal of prerecording developed by BARS Group company are performed.
- setup of a system is carried out, including:
- services,
- routes,
- media components,
- control algorithms,
- reports
- expanded options.
- especially for the project developed and implemented the multilingual interface displaying on the terminal screen the list of services in the Russian and Tatar languages and broadcasting the voice notification in that language mode from which the applicant selected services.
In a complex with an electronic queue of Neuroniq the quality evaluation subsystem organized on hardware panels and helping to estimate the quality level of providing public services is integrated. An assessment is given on a 5-mark scale. All estimates are processed by the server of an electronic queue and unloaded in a type as the general, and specialized reports of a system.
One more component of the project — design of hardware components of an electronic queue. The registration terminal in queue is executed in neutral tone, at the same time it is rather noticeable, is not lost in an interior and integrates in itself(himself) all top trends in production of modern self-service terminals:
- minimalism,
- ergonomics,
- functionality,
- security for the user.
Project Results
The e-queue system implemented in the Social Insurance Fund across the Republic of Tatarstan has the high level of reliability in this connection the Technologies of the Future company provided a three-year guarantee for all supplied equipment.
