Petroleasing-Management replaced the accounting system

On August 31, 2015 the Homnet Leasing company announced implementation in IT infrastructure of Petroleasing-Management of the automation equipment of regulated accounting - "Homnet Leasing Accounting".

Project Tasks

The Petroleasing-Management leasing company works at the market of leasing services since 2000. Priority activities of the company are services of vehicle leasing, the equipment, the real estate, the rolling stock and the construction equipment.

As 1C Company stops since 2016 support [1C: Accounting|"1C: Accounting 8"]] editions 2.0, the company management of Petroleasing-Management made the decision on replacement of the operating information system by the standard module of the industrial system "Homnet Leasing 14" — "Homnet Leasing Accounting", created on the platform of the current version "1C: Accounting 8" of edition 3.0.

Project Progress

The project on transfer of accounting and tax accounting to the upgraded solution is organized on the basis of the standard project of implementation of the module "Homnet Leasing Accounting" and took 3 months — from December, 2014 to February, 2015. Were a part of project works:

• updating of an information system on the 1C: Accounting 8 platform of edition 2.0 used in Petroleasing-Management company on the module "Homnet Leasing Accounting" on the 1C: Accounting 8 platform of edition 3.0;

• converting of data of the replaced information system in a format of the solution "Homnet Leasing Accounting":
  • diagrams of leasing payments / charges;
  • agreements of leasing, credit, loan, delivery, insurance;
  • a remaining balance of the investment costs in objects of leasing considered on balance of the lessee;

• setup of parameters of the Homnet Leasing Accounting system;
• consultation of users of an information system when closing month — January, 2015:
  • package formation of the documents "Sales of Goods and Services" and "Invoice";
  • Closing of Month procedure.

Project Results

For August 31, 2015 the information system "Homnet Leasing Accounting" in Petroleasing-Management is put into operation and is far off serviced by a support service of Homnet Leasing company on the basis of the agreement of information and technology support. Number of users of a system of 5 people.

"The project objective is achieved — we performed transition to standard industry solution "Homnet Leasing Accounting", developed on the current version "1C: Accounting 8" of edition 3.0, with preserving of all available data and handed over the reporting in 1 quarter 2015 from a new system. Our former system was based on edition 2.0 which since 2016 will not be supported by 1C Company any more — Nikolay Ardin, the CEO of Petroleasing-Management company told. — Pluses of the project are obvious: it is an opportunity to work in a relevant system, to receive regular updates at change of the legislation, access to new releases and editions of a configuration, new forms of the reporting, and, of course, significant economy on support of the solution — the cost of support of a standard configuration is minimum".
