The USSD Push In service allows the Operator to plan and perform outgoing USSD mailings. Planned mailings are made according to the schedule on in advance made list of customer addresses. Mailings on an event are performed after commission by the subscriber of certain actions: sending SMS/MMS messages, end of a call, making payment, approach to a shutdown threshold, etc. When receiving an incoming message the subscriber can or read the received text (not interactive mailing), or to begin interaction with a system (interactive mailing).
