The project of the integrated security for Baltika Brewery and the region Karlsberg Eastern Europe

Digital Design Karlsberg Eastern Europe completed in the summer of 2015 the project on creation of the integrated wood of security for Baltika Brewery and the region

The Digital Design company completed the project on creation of the integrated wood of security of the region Karlsberg Eastern Europe, on the platform of Baltika Brewery LLC. The project affected the plants in Kiev, Zaporizhia and Lviv belonging to PJSC Karlsberg Ukraina.

The Digital Design company was faced by a task to unify infrastructure of regional division with the central office of the company and also to create conditions for global integration from Carlsberg Group and safe exchange of a contact information in the company.

In a work progress over the project migration of all infrastructure, including the Active Directory, basic services, the mail systems, the systems of the joint communications, user groups and services on current versions of software and on new architecture was executed.

"Features of this project are directly connected with specifics of infrastructure. One of requirements of the customer was most without serious consequences for end users to transfer the existing structure on new architecture, having adapted it to parameters of the target environment and having saved former services. We applied the standard solution for migration of Microsoft Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) to implementation of this task having added to it a number of the completions which allowed us to transfer all objects in full" — Andrey Krinitsky, the project manager from Digital Design reported.

For the solution of assigned tasks specialists of Digital Design developed add-on modules, such as module of preparation of mailboxes for migration considering features of the platform; the module of synchronization of attributes of users working at a periodic basis and updating a status of attributes in old and new domains. Such solution allowed administrators to make changes only in one domain during active migration of users. As regularly ADMT does not support transfer of membership in groups for the PC, the project team of IT integrator executed and used the synchronization module solving this problem and also distributing the PC on organizational divisions to similarly initial domain. At a migratory stage of mailboxes the add-on module of transfer of mailboxes which demanded from experts of Digital Design of serious completion of the regular solution was used: he allowed to solve a problem of transfer of quotas and access rights to mailboxes. The module of migration of users from Doctrix in Sharepoint as regular means for implementation of this task did not exist became the most significant completion of the solution.

The technologies used by Digital Design company allowed to carry out process of integration of information systems of Carlsberg of EE without any influence on work of critical business applications".
