In the summer of 2015 the Aurus company submitted the software product for contact centers of Aurus Outbound which appointment – holding mass outgoing campaigns.

Aurus Outbound optimizes processes of the organization and holding campaigns of outgoing call-down. This solution automates all cycle of outgoing call-down of clients, beginning with formation of the list of call-down and finishing with unloading of detailed closing statements on the waged campaign.

Aurus Outbound is integrated with the CRM system for import of clients with their phone numbers and other data which can be necessary when holding a campaign. Contact center managers receive a user-friendly interface for management of lists, segmentation of contacts and arrangement of priorities.

Marketing specialists of contact center can configure the strategy of a campaign of call-down - in what sequence to ring round customer numbers with what interval, when it is necessary to call back in case of unfortunate attempt and so on.

Depending on specifics of an outgoing campaign it is possible to use the different modes of call-down – Voice Drop (with support of TTS), Power IVR, Progressive, Predictive. Reporting system allows to watch holding a campaign in real time and to receive the detailed report on completion of a campaign.
