Who services the cash equipment in "Rostelecom - the Retail systems"

Rostelecom — the Retail Systems LLC which is responsible for development of retail network of Rostelecom according to the results of tenders signed in September, 2015 contracts with MAYKOR for service of the cash equipment in the centers of sales and service in the Far East, the Urals, the Volga region and also in Central federal district and in Moscow.

MAYKOR provides technical support of the cash equipment at more than 500 offices of the cellular retailer. Among solvable tasks – registration of the cash register equipment in tax authorities, commissioning, replacement of CJ, repair and advisory user support.

Contracts with Rostelecom — the Retail Systems LLC – the next cooperation increase of MAYKOR with the national telecom operator. Since 2014 the outsourcer implements the long-term agreement on service of printing and technical support of the automated jobs at offices of Rostelecom in the Volga region, services the customer's office equipment in divisions of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region and also executes a number of projects on maintenance of a communications infrastructure.
