It seems that sharp movements on the termination of support of an old configuration will not occur. But on rates of development of functionality and quantity of new releases it is clear that transition will be. Open is a question "when?"

Waiting for the answer to this question there is a sense to talk about some difficulties which arise upon transition to 3.0 "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and new functionality of this edition.

Perhaps, at the same time it will be necessary to study and correct a few the normal actions, but preserving of a standard configuration will surely pay off at the subsequent regular updates.

Yes, there was time when edition 3.0 worked "crookedly" and error correction of 1C took hundreds of hours of development. But for 2015 1C specialists finish the difficult moments, new opportunities and functionality constantly are developed develops. For example, 2 scenarios of transition and data transfer are developed, the mechanism of accounting of estimated liabilities is added, the set of new documents is developed.
