PhosAgro: Solutions of Oracle will save millions of rubles monthly

Company "Aplana. Development center" (Aplana of TsR), being a part of IT group, successfully completed in the fall 2015 development and deployment of an information system of component analysis of stocks and the personal responsibility for stocks the inventory items (II) for PhosAgro holding.

The producer of phosphorus-containing fertilizers was faced by problems of optimization of the working capital in stocks, increases in efficiency and transparency of a system of logistics of the enterprise, including, quality improvement of accomplishment of processes of management of purchases and stocks, identification of "bottlenecks" in processes and development of a system of motivation of the employees participating in supply process.

The solution developed by specialists of Aplana of TsR allowed the enterprises of holding to raise the quality level of management of purchases/stocks, having excluded at the same time unreasonable stock holding costs of Inventories and also situations of untimely ensuring requirement of the enterprise for raw materials, the equipment and materials.

Thanks to a clear understanding of a high priority of a task for holding, the involvements of management of business divisions and service IT "PhosAgro" into implementation process of the project, all works on creation of a new solution were is implemented in short terms and allowed to gain economic effect of implementation as fast as possible.

The solution created by Aplany TsR represents a number of the modules constructed on technologies of Oracle and consists of the following components:
