The Kazan office "1C-Rarus" and Gorodskoye blagoustroystvo Municipal Unitary Enterprise completed in September, 2015 the project on implementation "1C: Motor Vehicle Management". Use of a system allowed to increase quality and volume of the performed works on improvement of Kazan without staff increase of employees. Monitoring of the current work and control of loading of personnel improved, queues and time delays before departure of motor transport were reduced by tasks. Vehicle fleet is increased from 90 to 100 transport units, and the volume of the rendered works grew by 20%. Optimization of work allowed Gorodskoye blagoustroystvo Municipal Unitary Enterprise to show the quality level of rendering services when holding in Kazan the water sports World Cup.

The municipal unitary enterprise of the city of Kazan Gorodskoye blagoustroystvo is founded at the beginning of 2011. The enterprise executes an important mission for maintenance of city infrastructure in proper condition. Daily on cleaning of Kazan tens of vehicles which export household, construction debris leave. Gorodskoye blagoustroystvo Municipal Unitary Enterprise renders services in repair of roads, cleaning of roadside territories, improvement of the green space, is engaged in demolition of buildings and constructions, production of earthwork, gardening of parks and streets of Kazan, removal of drain waters and waste, cleaning of construction sections, preparation of the territory of sports constructions for holding competitive actions.

Preparing for holding in Kazan the World Cup in water sports (FINA), the management of Gorodskoye blagoustroystvo Municipal Unitary Enterprise made the decision on automation of dispatching division and financial and economic services. The management of the enterprise was going to increase the speed and quality of work, to reduce load of personnel, to make work of services of more transparent, to prepare divisions for rendering bigger amount of works.

Marina Mikhaelovna Usenkova, chief accountant of Gorodskoye blagoustroystvo Municipal Unitary Enterprise: "In connection with the new large-scale projects on service of city infrastructure and preparation for holding the championship on water sports of Gorodskoye blagoustroystvo Municipal Unitary Enterprise it was required to expand vehicle fleet for accomplishment of the increased amount of works that would lead to increase in load of staff of managers and financial and economic services. We selected the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management software product for automation of routine tasks of workers. In cooperation with the Kazan office of 1C-Rarus company we could resolve quickly the current issues of automation, organize work of 10 employees in a new system".

Cooperation about 1C-Rarus allowed to automate labor-intensive process of operation of managers. Operational and transparent accounting on all fleet of vehicles is kept. Automatically – for several seconds – in a system the expiration date of nodes and units of the CU, fire extinguishers, insurance policies, diagnostic maps is traced. And earlier on detection of expired documents about 10% of working time of dispatching division were spent.

Waybills are transferred to an electronic form that led to reduction of volume of work with papers, reduction of risk of loss of information and documents. At the moment a system allows to create and print 5 times quicker waybills with the minimum participation of the manager. When forming the new waybill from the previous permit fuel reserves in tanks and indications of a speedometer of cars are automatically transferred. On the basis of these waybills the program allows to create different analytical reports for the management:

  • report on development of vehicles;
  • report on a run;
  • report on an equipment operating time;

Reports allowed to set uniform expenditure of resources of vehicles and the equipment in the organization, having eliminated the increased development on some of them. The management of the enterprise could is transparent to control a consumption of fuel and lubricants.

Formation of the sheet of a time recording of all drivers of the enterprise is automated, now calculation of compensation and drawing up statistical reporting are conducted many times quicker.

Staff of the enterprise received a convenient and modern system which allowed to optimize load of personnel and to distribute working resources for expansion of vehicle fleet from 90 to 100 units. As a result of automation time delays before departure of motor transport to the section decreased. Main results of implementation:

  • Improvement of monitoring of the current work of employees.
  • Increase in control of loading of drivers.
  • Reduction of queues on receiving the equipment.
  • Increase in volume of the rendered services by 20%.

Marina Mikhaelovna Usenkova summarizes: "Control of activity of managers and drivers became more transparent, the volume of paper work decreased. In plans - step-by-step automation of other divisions of the enterprise. The gradual translation of all documentation in "1C: Motor Vehicle Management" is planned. Within development of a system automatic unloading of the sheet in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management" program which is also used by our enterprise is planned. A priority task is automation of the cost accounting and income on core activities of the enterprise. We are sure that implementation of this project finally will allow to achieve growth of key indicators".
