The arrear management system (Tiyeto of SUPZ) provides an opportunity for work on debt collection in all territory of Russia and the CIS countries. In the solution all stages on reclamation of arrears are automated.
One of advantages of the complete solution is use of the module of Tiyeto OCM (The module of the outgoing call-down) allowing to apply modern approaches within outgoing interaction: automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes of dialing. The implemented predictive algorithm of dialing allows to perform up to 100 thousand outgoing calls per hour.
In addition to the automated pre-judicial stage at which the main tools of modern contact center are involved in SUPZ the work at stages of judicial and enforcement proceeding allowing to process over 15 thousand orders a month is most implemented.
