The system of rapid response to detection of illicit movement of the sharing and radioactive materials (DRM) through a customs border of the Russian Federation

On August 20, 2010 the Federal Customs Service announced results of open auction on supply of equipment and execution of works on complex implementation on objects of customs infrastructure of segments of the departmental automated managing information system of rapid response to detection of illicit movement of the sharing and radioactive materials (DRM) through a customs border of the Russian Federation (segments of VAUIS).

According to the auction protocol, only one company — "Ey-Si-Es" became interested in an auction. According to the results of consideration of the submitted request by unified commission of "Ey-Si-Es" it was allowed to the tender. As other applications for participation in biddings before the termination of term of their giving did not arrive open auction it was announced cancelled, and the government contract – is concluded with the only participant of "Ey-Si-Es" at the price specified by the customer in the protocol or approved with the contractor of the contract.

The initial cost of the government contract was 38.26 million rubles. Within the government contract the contractor should execute:

• development of the work documentation on implementation on objects of segments of VAUIS;
• delivery of VAUIS of the equipment, necessary for installation of segments, and materials;
• preset of the licensed system and application software;
• works on installation and installation of SCS and a LAN, on installation of equipment, setup and adaptation of the equipment and the application software, carrying out balancing and commissioning;
• development of executive and operational documentation of a segment of VAUIS for objects of customs infrastructure;
• works on the organization and conducting preliminary testing of segments of VAUIS;
• works on connection of segments of VAUIS to the departmental automated managing information system of rapid response to detection of illicit movement of DRM through a customs border of the Russian Federation and on input of segments of VAUIS in operation.

On accomplishment of all works on complex implementation of segments of VAUIS by the customer term till December 25, 2010 is allotted. More detailed information on an auction can be found on the official site for placement of the state order of the Russian Federation.
