September 08, 2015. The HeadHunter company and Terrasoft group announced[1] about project completion of transition from Terrasoft 3.x to the version of the bpm'online 7.x platform. Since June, 2015 in a system more than 200 employees of sales departments and maintenance of clients of HeadHunter work.

Goals and Objectives

The HeadHunter company began cooperation with Terrasoft in 2009. For 6 years the functionality of the implemented CRM system of Terrasoft 3.x constantly developed. During this time in the company the number of clients and volumes of transactions considerably grew up. Respectively requirements to performance, technologies and system architecture raised. For the organization of work of a geographically distributed team of sales managers there was a need for the web version of the CRM system and mobile application. And the convenience and simplicity of the interface, tools to customer segmentation became key factors for the further growth and development of sales of the company. Choosing a Solution The HeadHunter company constantly improves the service and aims to use the most modern technological solutions. Therefore the management made the decision on implementation of the complex bpm'online platform which is highly appreciated by the leading international analysts.

Result

Staff of Headhunter sales department already uses the CRM system for the operating activities and highly appreciate convenience of data filtering in bpm’online. Simplicity of instruments of segmentation allows sales managers to identify quickly the most perspective clients and to form the correct tactics of work with everyone, proceeding from the history of interaction and a stage of lifecycle. Using flexibly configured deshbord the company management manages key performance indicators of both each manager, and department of sales in general. Besides, bpm’online helps to manage leads, to process the entering addresses and to conduct client document flow.

Development Plans

Automation of marketing, knowledge management processes and also consolidation of information from other systems in bpm’online for carrying out complex efficiency analysis of the company is in the future planned.
