September 08, 2015. The HeadHunter company and Terrasoft group announced[1] about project completion of transition from Terrasoft 3.x to the version of the bpm'online 7.x platform. Since June, 2015 in a system more than 200 employees of sales departments and maintenance of clients of HeadHunter work.
Goals and Objectives
The HeadHunter company began cooperation with Terrasoft in 2009. For 6 years the functionality of the implemented CRM system of Terrasoft 3.x constantly developed. During this time in the company the number of clients and volumes of transactions considerably grew up. Respectively requirements to performance, technologies and system architecture raised. For the organization of work of a geographically distributed team of sales managers there was a need for the web version of the CRM system and mobile application. And the convenience and simplicity of the interface, tools to customer segmentation became key factors for the further growth and development of sales of the company. Development Plans
