At the Duvon Rus plant the information management system is implemented by service and repairs of the equipment

September 15, 2015. The ITM company (Aytiem) announced implementation of the information management system service and repairs of the equipment at the Duvon Rus plant, and in a similar system at the Sechzhong Rus plant functions are implemented. Both systems are implemented on the basis of the software of TRIM.

Choosing a Solution

The production efficiency is provided, including, minimization of equipment downtimes, warning of failures, cost optimization on maintenance and repairs (MRO). In this activity not to do without planning tool, accounting and the analysis what the information management system of a MRO (MRO ISU) is.

Such system both on Sechzhong Rus, and at the next plant "Duvon Rus" was created on the basis of the software of TRIM of development of NPP Spectec, and works on implementation of ISU of a MRO are performed by Aytiem company.

In both cases Aytiem offered an economic way of implementation:

  • as the software the standard TRIM-PMS platform, with the fixed feature set, forms of the reporting and the measured indicators is used,
  • project works are performed in volume of "express implementation".

Implementation Results

As a result on each of the enterprises of work on implementation of ISU of a MRO were executed in three days, including user training with working off of chains of transactions according to standard regulations of operation of ISU of a MRO is provided. By the end of training users began independent work in a system. Basic functionality of a system – the database on the equipment (certification), the electronic schedule of precautionary works, the magazine of defects, requests for spare parts and materials, reports of contractors on works, the magazine of an operating time, magazines of parameters and operational statuses, a stock of spare parts and materials, including not reduced remaining balance, warehouse documents and other functions. Registration of events in a system allows to measure and analyze reliability indicators, such as average time between failures (MTBF), an average time between failures (MTTF), mean time to repair of working capacity (MTTR).

At the same time, if at the Duvon Rus plant in June, 2015 operation of a system only began, then on Sechzhong Rus by this moment a system was used two years, and management of the enterprise came to need of expansion of its functions.

In August, 2015 new features of ISU were implemented by a MRO on Sechzhong Rus. In particular, input function in the system of the barcodes given from the scanner is used. It allows, operating with the scanner, to automatically find the spare part in the database on its barcode, to add the spare part to the purchasing request or to the report on the performed work. Besides, there was a function of generation of a barcode directly in a system and printing of the corresponding sticker for those material resources which had no code stroke. The automatic notification about decrease in a stock of spare parts below the set minimum is implemented, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
