The Aktsent system integrator completed the project on creation of complex infrastructure of the official dealer center BMW of Prime Minister of the Car company, the first in the Far East. The new five-floor complex with a total area more than 4.5 thousand sq.m is equipped with modern IT infrastructure, the engineering systems and security systems according to international standards of BMW AG automobile concern. Specialists of Aktsent performed a full stroke of engineering works on design, implementation, a commissioning and maintenance of all implemented solutions and systems.
In the car center which opened in Vladivostok, a five-floor complex, 3 showrooms, specially equipped zones BMW M, BMW M Performance, BMW Individual, cafe for clients and the children's game room are located. The service zone, with a total area of 2 thousand sq.m includes 24 repair posts, car washes. Also in the territory of the center there is specially equipped workshop for service of the BMW motor-equipment.
High the level of standardization of business processes of BMW AG concern, their exact compliance to international standards submitted additional requirements to all implemented IT systems providing support of these processes. Each stage of project implementation passed in close interaction of staff of Accent with divisions of BMW concern and representatives of Prime Minister of the Car company. Within preproject inspection and for observance of all standards specialists of system integrator visited the car centers of BMW which are already working at the territory of Russia, held a number of negotiations with the representatives of BMW AG concern responsible for opening and commissioning of IT systems in the new dealer center. The exact developed technical specifications and accurate following it at each stage of implementation was served as guarantee of successful implementation of all project.
In the building the structured cabling system of the 6th category with a total number of ports more than 500 is mounted. All mounting works were carried out using the network passive equipment from Eurolan company. Security in the territory of car center and the adjacent territory is provided with an installed system of security television, the total number of the IP cameras involved in work is more than 100 pieces. For quick response to incidents and incidents in car center the multizonal system of broadcasting and the notification of the Japanese producer TOA is unrolled.
Engineers of Accent designed and put the systems of a fire and security alarm into operation. In all premises of the dealer center the systems of water sprinkler fire extinguishing are installed, and warehouses fuel and lubricants and painting materials are equipped with the systems of automatic powder fire fighting. The server premises, according to the BMW standards, are equipped with the system of gas fire extinguishing. Processes of access isolation to premises and registration of an input exit of employees and clients of car center are performed by a control and management system for access from the Russian company Bolid. The ACS is deeply integrated into the security systems unrolled in the territory of the center.
According to Accent, at project development the priority was given towards energy efficiency of the implemented solutions. For the solution of this task at all stages of works only the equipment and standards of Schneider Electric producer, the world expert in the electrotechnical industry was used. Use of LED technologies, use of compensators of reactive power and devices of smooth start-up for electric motors allowed to reach the indicators stated at design on energy consumption and fault tolerance of a system. The guaranteed power supply is performed at the expense of the Cummins diesel generator set of container execution.
The server framework of the opened dealer center is constructed based on a failover cluster of Fujitsu Primergy CX420. The virtualized infrastructure is unrolled that allows to provide the additional level of fault tolerance of infrastructure of the center, information security, simplicity of administration and convenience of work of employees, noted in the company. The single information network of data transmission including a wireless component is unrolled. Besides, in the dealer center the system of unified communications based on BE6000 including possibilities of the IP telephony, message exchange, conferences and also the subsequent integration into the information systems BMW, such as CRM is unrolled.
Due to integration of all installed systems in the territory of new car center of BMW the uniform communication space is created. "Accent" also executed delivery of a computer hardware, the printing equipment, peripheral equipment and office equipment.
Upon completion of the Prime Minister of the Car project signed the complex agreement with Aktsent company on service of all implemented systems providing a limited response time and permanent finding of technical specialists of the company integrator in the territory of car center. "Accent" in return provided a three-year guarantee for everything set engineering and IT systems.
