For what purpose Eldorado underwent certification on compliance to ISO 27001:2013

On September 17, 2015 the retail network of home appliances and electronics Eldorado announced certification on compliance to the international standard ISO 27001:2013. The contractor British Standards Institute (BSI)^[1] in the project].

Project Tasks

Transition to the new version of the standard will increase process performance of information security. The company paid attention to compliance to statutory requirements in the field of personal data protection and to ensuring continuity of providing to business divisions and clients of IT services. Certification audit was booked by British Standards Institute (BSI) company.

Certification extends to business processes of the company:

• purchases of the digital, computer equipment and joint products;
• sales management, including sales through online store;
• management of providing service;
• management of logistic transactions;
• ensuring marketing operations, including the loyalty program;
• financial and accounting transactions.

Project Results
