The builder of towers for the Ukrainian telecom manages projects in the CRM system

Ukrainian Genservice companies, spetsializirushchayasya on construction of towers for base stations of network of mobile communication of UTEL and being the general contractor of Ukrtelekom company, completed implementation of the CRM system of Monitor. The project is performed by Active VID company.

The CRM system was set in accounting, department of design, department of approval, customer relations department and purchasing department that allowed to create a uniform information field for project management.

As a result, by the customer's estimates, in the company the efficiency of control of projects, accuracy of calculation of expenses and income on each of them increased, the analysis of schemes of profit earning is improved. Besides, creation of the uniform customer base allowed to optimize work of managers, having provided observance of standard business rules of passing of the order.
