2016: Certificate of compliance of DPC of Rostec to requirements of FSTEC of Russia

RT-INFORM confirmed the high level of information security of DPC of State Corporation Rostec

RT-Inform, Competence Center of Rostec on IT and cybersecurity, received in September, 2016 the certificate of compliance on DPC of State corporation to the requirements of FSTEC of Russia for data protection shown to the state information systems (SIS). The carried-out certification for requirements of data protection to a class of security "K3" grants the right to use capacities of data center for placement of the state information systems of federal scale and also personal data information systems with the level of security of OUSE-3.

In DPC State corporations are located computing powers of central office and the centralized information systems of Rostec. Further on its platform can be integrated including the systems of federal importance.

The DPC was put into operation for the purpose of implementation of complex service in providing access to corporate IT services of State Corporation Rostec. The project is performed by RT-INFORM. A project objective – to provide an opportunity for all enterprises of State Corporation Rostec to work in a common information space, to quickly exchange necessary data, to organize joint projects (as in the industries, and cross-industry). These innovation changes influence successful development of a MIC, mechanical engineering, IT. The infrastructure project implemented by RT-INFORM allows to centralize and simplify management of IT services on the scale of the State Corporation Rostec integrating more than 700 organizations in all regions of Russia.

2015: Completion of construction of data center for Rostec

On September 22, 2015 it was announced completion of construction of new data center of Rostec. This project is a part of updating of IT services of state corporation.

As it appears from the message of Rostec, the data processing center of 152 sq.m and 300 kW was located in Moscow in the territory of Research center of electronic ADP equipment (NICEVT; enters into Rostec).

RT-Inform constructed new data center for Rostec

The constructed DPC which reliability satisfies classifications of TIA/EIA-942 Tier III+ is equipped with the systems of physical protection, uninterrupted power supply, climate control and conditioning, control of smoke and level of admissible content in air of gases and also the system of gas fire extinguishing. In work of an object the equipment of the companies Huawei, Checkpoint and "Code of security" and also communication channels by capacity up to 10 Gbit from unnamed telecom operators is used.

The IT subsidiary of Rostec — RT-Inform company was engaged in construction of data center. It will render to users of services of this platform the round-the-clock technical support.

Computing powers of central office of Rostec are transferred to DPC in NICEVT, and there affiliated enterprises of corporation will be placed later.

As noted in RT-Inform, centralization of computing powers of Rostec is a part of Project 360 assuming upgrade of IT services of corporation. The new data center will allow to solve a problem of placement of the server hardware, to increase stability of work of IT infrastructure and to ensure high information security and safety of data.^[1]
