What technology helped PJSC OMZ to increase effective management of risks

On September 22, 2015 it became known of the project of audit of risks in PJSC OMZ on the IBM Analytics platform. Integrator in the project MAYKOR-GMCS company.

Project Results

Within a single system basic processes of risk management are automated: collecting and consolidation of data, standardization of the reference book of risks, detailing of risk assessment up to object of its emergence, reporting on risks (both for separate company, and for Group of OMZ). The solution allows to reveal the most critical in terms of emergence of risks business processes, to create the actions plan on risk reduction and to control its execution, to receive the analytical reporting. In a system more than 200 users work.

Regarding internal audit planning processes of audits on a basis risk analysis of business processes are automated.

Dashboards which help to receive the regulated and analytical reports, including on mobile devices (iOS, Android), by the enterprises, business processes, objects and risks assessments, actions, incidents, control procedures, audits, violations, responsible, recommendations and others the analyst are developed for management of Group of OMZ.
