On September 22, 2015 the MegaFon company provided service for corporate clients Electronic document management - legally significant document flow with the electronic signature.
For work in the Electronic document management system corporate clients of the operator can use the available qualified electronic signature from any accredited certification center.
Using Electronic document management of the company can create electronic acts, delivery notes and invoices, to sign with the electronic signature the documents created in a system or loaded by employees, to exchange with other companies users of service. A system will provide instant access to reporting documents for communication services to corporate clients of MegaFon.
According to the statement of the operator, service will help to optimize work of the enterprise of any sizes: electronic signatures and document flow were available before only to the large companies because of cost and technical requirements, now any legal entity can use a system. Transfer of a system in a cloud made rates lower that opened access to a system from any computer connected to network.
The interface with simple navigation and easy setup is developed for storage of files and fast sending. At the same time nobody can use the loaded content, all rights to which remain with the user. Thus the client gets easy access and reliable protection.
