Staff of the KM-Sibir enterprise monitors more than ten years trends of the market of the medical equipment and constantly expands the range of the offered products for improvement of working conditions of medical staff and ensuring complete infectious safety of patients. Owing to increase in base of the nomenclature, it became impossible to reflect results of work with clients in Microsoft Excel. The accurate scheme of interaction between departments of production, a warehouse and logistics was absent, tasks of accounting and sales planning were executed inefficiently. Therefore the company management made the decision on business process automation by implementation of the flexible CRM solution. According to the results of market research, "KM Siberia" stopped the choice on "Click. Trade".
Result
Thanks to implementation of corporate CRM, the history of customer interaction is united in a single system with options of multidimensional segmentation and filtering by several criteria at the same time. There was an opportunity to write and store the entering and outgoing calls in base. Setup of document templates signed and sealed allowed the staff of sales department to reduce time on standard transactions. It became possible to plan and control stages of sales, to consolidate an array of the analyzed information and reporting for any period in necessary cuts. Thanks to function of reservation of goods with automatic recalculation of a remaining balance work of production, a warehouse and logistics was optimized. At the same time the different information access layers in a system are provided for each department of "KM Siberia" that considerably raises the security level of data.
Tools of the CRM system allowed not only to increase significantly efficiency of personnel of "KM Siberia", but also adequately to estimate it. The system of key performance indicators (KPI) was developed for control and the analysis of activity of employees and automation of their calculation is executed.

Now in CRM "Click. Trade" works 30 users. The KM-Sibir company plans further development and setup of a system.
