"About Akwa" about the choice of a system of accounting of working time

On September 22, 2015 BioLink Solutions announced an implementation project of the BioLink BioTime system in AKVA Missile Defence company.

Project Task

In plans of Missile Defence Akwa company replacement of the version of the BioLink BioTime system. A system is used four years and services 500 employees.

Working time of employees — the valuable company asset and its accounting is recognized the priority direction. At system implementation of BioTime the task - to raise effective management of personnel and control of observance of employment policies and procedures of day, the rational organization of activity of employees (formation of working schedules and monitoring of their observance) and automation of a time recording was set.

For the solution of these tasks the enterprise selected the BioTime system for a time recording by means of biometric identification. To note arrival time for work and leaving from it, the employee scans a fingerprint.

Project Results

The company management and service of personnel regularly address various reports: they form automatically, and now 17 standard reports are included in the delivery; in the new version there are a designer and the designer for creation of own report forms.

For September 22, 2015 the biometric system of accounting of working time of BioTime services 500 employees. The main results of implementation, according to the guide of the customer:

• effective automation of a time recording — top managers and human resource department quickly receive exact and that essentially, reliable information;
• monitoring of observance of working schedules that is especially important for industrial enterprises with a continual loop of production;
• decrease in number of delay and strengthening of labor discipline in general.
