Vilchikov Vladimir Ivanovich is the director of MBU "Center of the Organization of Traffic".

Biography

Vladimir was born on March 20, 1958 at the Suranovo station of Yashkinsky district of the Kemerovo region.

In 1987 graduated from the Kemerovo state university.

In 1999 completed training at the Kemerovo state university as "lawyer".

In 2003 defended the master's thesis.

From 1978 to 1980 served urgent in PV KGB.

From 1980 to 1990 worked in the Kemerovo passenger motor transportation enterprise N1.

In 1990 it is appointed the head of department of city passenger transport of the Kemerovo city council of People's Deputies.

From 1991 to 1996 worked as the chief of "Management of the Uniform Customer of Transport Services" municipal unitary enterprise.

Since 1996 worked as the deputy head of administration of the city, the Chairman of the Committee on road economy, improvement, transport and communication.

For September 22, 2015 Vladimir Ivanovich Vilchikov works as the director of MBU "Center of the Organization of Traffic".
