In September, 2015 Federal State Unitary Enterprise Goznak carried out a quotation request on delivery of the first stage of cloud computing infrastructure[1]. Its starting price was 2.89 billion rubles.
Systematics which suggested to perform works for 2.75 billion rubles became the winner of a request. In addition to it participated in the tender Lanit, offered the services for 2.78 billion rubles.
Earlier in 2015 Systematics and Lanit announced creation of joint venture in the field of IT consulting.
Experience with Goznak already had Lanit. By request of federal state unitary enterprise the company in 2013 projected the disaster-proof solution for reservation of portals of Federal Treasury. Public information on the previous experience of interaction of Systematics and Goznak is absent.
Under the present contract "Systematics" will have to sell to Goznak of 8 high-end servers of IBM Power8 e870, more than 100 servers of Lenovo, 2 routers and more than 30 Cisco switches, 5 disk arrays of Hitachi, complexes of cryptographic protection, certificates on technical support, licenses to use of different software products (including Microsoft and VMware) and also to develop technical and operational documentation.
The shipping address is Mira Avenue 105 in Moscow. In building 6 the printing house and DPC of Goznak are located at this address.
As of September, 2015 in DPC seven machine halls of 735 sq.m. They are placed on 4 and 5 floors and contain 200 server racks. Total power exceeds 1700 kW.
In the future Goznak is going to equip the 2 and 3 floors which area is 1230 sq.m. under data center. On them about 200 more racks of the equipment on 8 kW everyone can be placed. Thus, scales of DPC will increase twice.
