Smarty CRM is the system of maintaining personal and business of contacts.
Smarty CRM helps to differentiate contacts on stages of the classical theory of sales (contact establishment, detection of requirements and so forth).
The contact list is differentiated in flowers that allows to segment and, using the filter, to show with what it is necessary to work at present.
Smarty CRM allows to add contacts of friends, acquaintances, clients and business partners to a uniform working space. It is not required to browse infinite chains of letters in an e-mail for search of phones or mail of this or that person. A system not just stores the entered data, it groups them according to settings of the user.

Personal and business contacts are ranged according to:
- priority (key and normal);
- relevance (former, current and potential);
- stages (for example, on sales phases);
- group accessory (for example, Work, Family, Hobby, etc.).
Similar segmentation simplifies interaction with data.
Cards with contacts
In a card the Full Name of the partner or the name of the organization, phones, e-mail, group, the locality and the country is specified. It is possible to leave a note, to enter the additional information and to invite in a chat.

Smarty CRM functionally flexible system. There is an opportunity to customize the display of personal and business contacts according to user requirements. If the technology of sales differs from that that is offered by the company by default, renaming of stages of sales will take no more than one minute.
Service supports mobile application of Smarty CRM (for iOS, Android or Windows Phone).
It is possible to browse the received messages and without the Internet. Data remain and transferred to a system as soon as access to Network is recovered.
2015: Smarty CRM is updated
On September 22, 2015 there was an updating of a free online service of Smarty CRM[1].
Now a system supports export of contacts to Excel (import is implemented in the previous updating). In the web version it became more convenient to set tasks - it can be done through cards with contacts. Tasks are displayed in the daily log at once. Also in a card with contacts there was an opportunity to send files through a chat, and documents can be stored in separate space (Files' in the upper menu).
