ABI Product implemented the electronic system of approval of agreements based on Elma ECM +

September 15, 2015. The Elma company reported^[1] about implementation of an electronic system of approval of agreements in ABI Product company based on the Elma ECM+ system.

Creation of conditions for acceleration of passing of the basic contractual processes and also for reduction of risk of their maintenance was a main objective of the project. On a response of the customer, Elma ECM implementation project implementation + provided development of ABI Product according to the purposes of the company.

Result

So, upon completion of the project it was succeeded to reach economy of funds for management expenses — a system exempted the staff of the company from routine work (on promotion of the agreement on paper carrier from division in division in the manual mode). At the same time, a system allowed to reduce considerably time of the movement of the agreement thanks to optimization or an exception of some process steps. Implementing solution showed imperfection of process on some agreement types that promoted change of adjacent processes. Besides, a system provided control of labor costs on process and promoted increase in performing discipline, told in Elma.

The electronic system of approval of agreements made process of approval of documents transparent and quickly managed, excluded loss or unauthorized change of the text of the agreement. According to representatives of ABI Product, operational approval of contractual documents of partners also promotes strengthening of positive image of the company and provides competitive advantage.

In turn, implementation of electronic archive of agreements allowed users to find necessary documents quickly.

Development Plans

According to the results of implementation of an electronic system of approval of agreements the management of ABI Product made the decision on further process automation of company management. So, summer of 2015 based on the Elma system the Automation of workflow processes project including such stages as was brought into trial operation: management of instructions; electronic office; processing of organizational and administrative documentation; processing of internal regulating documents; processing of the in-house documentation and requests.
