September 17, 2015. The SAP company and AKIG Group announced the first results of SAP implementation of SuccessFactors in work of the Youth personnel platform "Steady Future of Russia" which activity is directed to support of young talents and formation of a talent pool of the country.
According to data of AKIG Group, most the Russian companies annually lose from 10% to 15% of profit because employees do not understand the purposes which are set before them by business. In many respects it happens because of the shortage of the necessary competences. The youth personnel platform "Steady Future of Russia" is aimed at reduction of a gap between expectations of business and opportunities of potential employees, development of professional and personal qualities of the beginning specialists. Annually the list of participants of the Platform is replenished with new talents from all regions of the country, and over 1500 young professionals turn on today.
The cloud solution of SAP SuccessFactors became a key technology component for formation of uniform base of participants of the Youth personnel platform "Steady Future of Russia" as which organizer AKIG Group acts. The solution allowed to implement online communication of participants with experts in the training course, the system of assessment, including questionnaires, an interview and examination of projects and also to organize primary selection of young professionals and to build effective process of interaction them with organizers. The project was implemented in 10 weeks by efforts of specialists of SAP Service and Support with the assistance of consultants of AKIG Group, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
