What aims were pursued by Door Closer SAP implementation

On September 28, 2015 SAP company and Dvernoy Dovodchik LLC announced project completion on Business One SAP implementation.

For management of the growing business and product assortment, Door Closer company the technological solution considering specifics of wholesale optimal at the implementation cost and ownerships, to the volume of functionality and ease of use was required.

Project Results

Since January 1, 2015 the Door Closer company keeps all account in SAP Business One. In April and July, 2015 all necessary forms of the reporting under RAS were prepared and handed over.

With system implementation the company increased the level of work with clients regarding sales and service due to planning, control of terms and customer interaction, provided controllability, transparency, predictability of results of activity of the company, cost reduction due to management of warehouse stocks, a remaining balance, purchase terms, etc.

The problem of formation of management and accounting records, including for providing monthly reports in the tax inspection is solved.

System implementation helped the company to implement the strategic plans and to expand business without additional resources on information support of its management.
