On January 23, 2017 the Amtel-Service company announced the project of support of smooth operation of the equipment of the hall of video conferences of executive directorate of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation (IDES of RPF). The service contract will last until the end of 2017.
Project Tasks
In structure of RPF the Executive directorate is responsible for formation of budget policy of RPF and control of its carrying out, the analysis and forecasting of financial resources and long-term development of the pension system, redistribution of financial resources of RPF between its regional bodies, accounting and reporting. An integral part of activity of employees of IDES of RPF - regular carrying out video conferences, meetings and seminars means of the equipped VKS hall.
Within the government contract Amtel-Service it is necessary to bear responsibility for increase in fault tolerance and ensuring smooth functioning of the equipment of the hall of video conferences, including the system of acceptance, reproduction, preprocessing, gain, distribution and issue of sound and video signal, a distribution equipment and cable networks, the UPS, equipment and the software of control of audio-and video devices.
Service maintenance includes:
- scheduled-preventive works,
- work with incidents
- fault recovery,
- setup,
- repair
- replacement of the equipment.
For project implementation access to the round-the-clock line of technical support is provided to the customer, warehouse ZIP and substitution fund is organized. Maintenance and repair of the equipment is executed as on-site, and in the service center "Amtel-Service".
Within the contract the service of technical maintenance of meetings, video conferences and seminars by the selected service engineer is on demand provided.
