Why Cetelem Bank unrolled CRM

On September 30, 2015 Cetelem Bank and GlowByte Consulting company announced implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM.

The mechanism of consolidation of partners, their outlets, in logical groups for efficiency analysis of work of sales and development managers of business and load distribution between them is implemented. Heads of sales and development managers of business can manage time of the subordinates, control their departures on outlets of partners and to appoint planned departures to partners by means of specially created automated mechanism.

Implementation of a PRM system (Partner Relationship Management is a partner relationship management system) on the Siebel Oracle CRM platform allowed Cetelem to Bank to automate process of partner interaction - retail chain stores and car dealers. Automation affected all cycle of work with partners — from connection of new partners and the conclusion of agreements with them before multiple-factor calculation of remunerations and approval of their payments. The implementation project was executed by GlowByte Consulting company.
