History

2015

Orgsintez Group JSC plans to import weed control products in Russia and the CIS countries. On the territory of the plant of a subsidiary of PJSC Khimprom in Novocheboksensk, she intends to establish the production of technical glyphosate - a semi-finished product for the subsequent production of herbicide (weed control products).

In Russia and the CIS, there is no similar production, so 100% of glyphosate used in these countries is imported. The key advantages of the company's project will allow by 2020 to occupy up to 70% of the Russian glyphosate market. About 50% of products are planned to be exported to the CIS countries, taking up to 50% of the market of these countries.

The use of glyphosate reduces the cost of production by 30% due to lower costs:

  • for agricultural machinery, fuel and service, due to the exclusion of spring and autumn harrow (loosening) - part of the weed control technology;
  • for watering and fertilizing, due to the preservation of the surface layer and the reduction of soil erosion;
  • On-time harvesting with the best harvest rates due to desiccation (drying of crops before harvesting);
  • to increase yields using the accompanying technology No-till (modern farming system, in which the soil is not cultivated, and its surface is covered with ground remains of plants).

The total cost of the project is 13.3 billion rubles, of which the Industrial Development Fund can provide a loan in the amount of 500 million rubles. The release of the first batch of products is planned in the 1st quarter of 2018, reaching full design capacity in the 1st quarter of 2023. 301 high-performance workstations will be created.

Yaroslav Kuznetsov, General Director of Orgsintez Group JSC: "The funds of the Industrial Development Fund will be used to develop project documentation, which is very important for the implementation of the project. Among other things, the availability of project documentation will allow us to meaningfully negotiate with credit institutions, attract financing. "
