ARSIENTEK developed IT solution for business – contact center of Resilient Contact Center which was applied within implementation of the large-scale project - "A uniform hot line Lukoil".

A system provides really independent service of contact center for any clients based on one platform. The uniform contact center without binding to the place allows to create the unified solution, i.e. gives complete freedom in the choice of physical accommodation of agents, at the same time providing a possibility of centralized operation and control. The solution is equipped a set of additional services, such as system of recognition and speech generation, fax-to-email, etc.
