On October 1, 2015 the Technologies of the Future company announced equipment of the center of providing the public and municipal services "My documents" in Plesetsk the region of the Arkhangelsk region a management system for NeuroniQ queue on three workplaces.

Project Progress

Despite a small amount of windows of service, system architecture of management of flows of clients is designed using several servers of the periphery which are responsible for different tasks. Such approach allows to distribute complex resources, to increase its high-speed performance and reliability. Special attention is paid to convenience of interaction of applicants with an electronic system.

MFC Plesetsk (2015)

Department in Plesetsk provides providing more than 75 public and municipal services in this connection to users in practice happens not easy to be guided in an information stream and to select the necessary service. Registration terminals are designed to solve this problem with the increased screen diagonal (22").

The complex has a number of properties:

  • as a part of an electronic queue the module of integration into the AIS MFC of NVK "Kosmosoft" within which output functions of statistical information on the operator console of the AIS MFC and the applicant's call from the AIS operator console are implemented operates;
  • support to the centralized prerecording in branches of MFC of the Arkhangelsk region with a possibility of the choice of department, service, date and time of visit of organization is provided;
  • data exchange between central and local databases on the services rendered in branches of MFC of the Arkhangelsk region is adjusted;
  • the subsystem of technical support allowing to increase quality of technical maintenance of a system and to reduce response time by an error is created.

Project Results

As a result of project implementation the modern information system ensuring stable, high-quality and effective functioning on providing the public and municipal services is created.
