What aims were pursued by Granti-med in search of the telemedicine program

On October 2, 2015 the RuHealth company announced the beginning of cooperation with multi-profile clinic "Granti-med". Patients of the St. Petersburg medical center can join one of the telemedicine programs developed in "Granti-med" including use the comprehensive program of remote monitoring and conducting pregnancy.

Project Tasks

"Granti-med" modern IT solution was required to be permanent in touch with observed patients and at the same time to reduce the number of attendance visits to clinic. The telemedicine service implemented on the RuHealth platform completely corresponded to solving of tasks, facing clinic.

In August, 2015 "Granti-med" selected RuHealth.net service for creation of a complex of programs for remote maintaining patients with diseases in the field of cardiology and endocrinology.

In addition, especially for "Granti-med" RuHealth developed the program for remote monitoring and conducting pregnancy. Conducting pregnancy - one of specialization of clinic which specialists constantly try to create the most comfortable and safe conditions for observation of future mothers. It is obvious that to pregnant patients frequent and long trips to the doctor are inexpedient, especially if pregnancy takes place with complications. Besides, during pregnancy, often there are questions which the patient not always manages to set to the doctor in receptive period, and in addition to sound them by phone can consider inappropriate.

An important factor is the solution scaling option which does not require the capital investments and equipment procurement".

During the project the program of remote monitoring and maintaining pregnant women is created. The contractor integrated it with MIS which is used by clinic. As a result of integration the program gives an opportunity of maintaining diaries of self-checking of patients, remote adding of data in the medical record, regular assessment of these data by the attending physician. A system allows patients to ask a question online and in the regulated time to receive the answer of the specialist. Additional elements are added to standard functionality of the program: obligatory screening (regular testing, passing of checks to a certain period).
