Olympic Committee of Russia implemented EDMS "DELO"

October 2, 2015. In Olympic Committee of Russia EDMS "DELO" and the option "Line Scanning" helped to accelerate processing of documents.

Project Progress

ROC uses EDMS "DELO" in the device since 2013. One of the most important sections of automation is the translation of documents in an electronic form. For this purpose the customer purchased licenses for additional options for EDMS – Scanning, Line Scanning, "Barcode Printing" and also the corresponding equipment. Delivery of the software and support of the project is performed by the partner of EOS Group – Unicsoft LLC.

The electronic document management system "CASE" is used in the office of ROC for registration of the entering, outgoing, internal documents, for control of performance of resolutions and reference work. The automated jobs of the CASE system and the subsystem "DELO-Web" allowed to provide operational interaction and information exchange about documents between divisions of the device and also to arrange internal document flow of OKR.

Considering considerable volumes of document flow in the device, line scanning became a necessary element of processing of documents in Department of documentary ensuring the Administration of OKR. Mass transfer of the entering and outgoing correspondence to an electronic form in a point of its registration allowed to reduce costs for copying and time for document transfer to contractors and also to unload the staff of Department of documentary providing from purely technical and expensive works on time.

Result

Implementation of technology of scanning of documents in the line mode helped to increase a share of electronic documents in internal document flow of the organization. As further stages of development of EDMS "DELO" the customer considers purchase and implementation in divisions of the office of ROC of the occasional automated seats and also integration from 1C at sections of a contract work and implementation of payments, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
