Corp.Drive is a cloud solution for backup, synchronization and joint work with files.

In November Cloud4Y announced updating of one of the services – a cloud service of Corp.Drive. Now it is possible not only to store the general files and folders in the single interface Corp.Drive, but also to integrate them with the Active Directory.

There was a possibility of creation of groups for more effective work with the general documents: now users can get access only to those files which are necessary for them, thus, saving time for search of the necessary data.

The service of Corp.Drive allows to store files and to exchange them from any devices. Also function of universal access is available – for work with corporate information the user needs to come into Corp.Drive under the account. The possibility of context search according to files and in files is implemented.

As noted in Cloud4Y, special attention in this version is paid to safety of data storage of the company. During operation to data there is a continuous backup, at the same time not only separate folders and files, but also all data which are on the devices involved in process are saved. All necessary administrative tools are provided to employees of IT departments of the companies for protection of corporate information.

On October 2, 2015 the Cloud4Y company announced Corp.Drive service start. The service represents the solution for backup, synchronization and joint work with^[1].

Corp.Drive offers opportunities:

• support of private "cloud";
• lack of restrictions of capacity;
• lack of control of data by the third parties;
• backup of the data which are on all devices of the client including mobile;
• context search.

The service is focused on users who do not wish to spend time for document retrieval on different devices. Using the single interface Corp.Drive provides storage of workers dannyz in one place. Using Corp.Drive the data access is quickly provided. By means of administrative tools the staff of department of IT of the client can protect all internal corporate information. The solution helps to synchronize files and to provide to them access from any device. At the same time all working data can be under control of the head.
