On October 5, 2015 it became known of the project of the organization of the automated center of acceptance of telephone requests for internal IT service in Gazprom neftekhim Salavat company. Integrator in the project the Line 24 company[1].

Project Results

With implementation of TsOV "Line 24" internal IT services "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" received the potential for further development.

According to the implemented reporting system for October 5, 2015 the quantity of calls reaches 500 in day, they are processed by 7 employees of the first support line of IT service. The license policy of "Linii24", allows to increase the number of operators without the additional financial investments.
