The TTK provided with the Internet the Center of providing state services in Pechora

October 06, 2015. The TransTeleCom company reported^[1] about the beginning of cooperation with the Center of providing the public and municipal services (MFC) in Pechora of the Komi Republic.

Within the agreement the macroregional branch "Sever" of TransTeleCom company (TTK-North) provided with Internet access the Center of providing the public and municipal services. The service will be used for ensuring communication between the organizations, organizations, services of the area which area of responsibility includes providing these or those services and also for exchange of experience with specialists of other municipalities of the republic. Besides, thanks to the Internet the specialists working in MAU "MFC" are trained online.

The multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services gives to citizens an opportunity of receiving the public, regional and municipal services by the principle of "one window". Now in MFC more than 40 municipal and 60 public services are available to residents of Pechora.

Work of the Center allows citizens to perform many social operations as fast as possible and simply, without waiting in queues. Providing to the Center communication services, we are sure that our partnership will make life of clients of MFC of more comfortable", – the director of macroregional branch "Sever" of TransTeleCom Company Evgeny Medkov commented.

"The multifunctionality of the Center gives the chance to citizens quickly to resolve important issues: process documents of hiring and privatization of housing, to register children in educational institutions, to specify information on penalties of traffic police and personal debts and many other things. Existence of a high-quality communication is important for work of staff of the Center. Selecting a TTK as the telecom operator, we estimated first of all quality and uninterrupted operation of services. We hope that our cooperation will increase efficiency of accomplishment of our tasks", – Svetlana Linkova, the director of MAU "MFC" noted.
