E-com InDocFactory

InDocFactory is the complete integration solution, it is developed by E-COM EDI provider for formation of the ready processed electronic account invoice (EAI) from standardized INVOICE (account).

On October 7, 2015 the E-COM company announced release of the generator of the electronic account invoice (EAI) adapted to the Russian standards of document flow. It is directly connected with the electronic invoice which direct analog is absent in Europe.

In the international companies all traffic of document flow often goes through the European providers, for example, through EDITEL company. Respectively, in an original form of ESF from EDITEL it is not transferred.

The Russian division of E-COM developed the complete solution. The basis of InDocFactory was formed by three components:

• The FTP client for loading and unloading of documents,
• SignEx is the connector for signing of documents the electronic signature,
• generator of system receipts.

Using these InDocFactory elements creates ESF on the basis of INVOICE, signs them with the electronic signature (ES) and sends to the receiver. In functionality generation of the closing ESF and response receipts with EDS which form according to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation N of 50 N "About the statement of the Order of exposure and obtaining invoices in electronic form" is implemented. Everything is automatic within the EXITE-EVOLUTION platform and the external corporate server in the territory of the Russian Federation. It allows to exclude need of the partner to come on the web portal for confirmation of invoice date, its signing and sending.

Specialists of E-COM created the integration scheme of document handling. According to developers, it can be used not only for ESF - the scheme is adaptive and with its help in rather short terms it is possible to implement processing of any legally significant document.

For October 7, 2015 the solution is used in Coca-Cola Hellenic in Russia for exchange of ESF with partners.

"During the work with electronic data it is necessary to consider regulations, formats and forms of the implemented documents, to conform to the requirements put in regulating documents of the current legislation. Integration in this case acts as the most optimal solution. All procedure does not affect any significant changes in the ERP system of the company.
